Jon Wheat is the Founder and Creative Director of Design in Rhythm, bringing a unique perspective to interior design shaped by his background as a musician. After over a decade designing homes, commercial spaces, and boutique hotel environments for industry leaders, Jon founded Design in Rhythm to create a firm where client stories take center stage. His musical roots inform his philosophy that every space should have rhythm, harmony, and a distinct voice. Jon leads the creative vision across residential and hospitality projects in markets including Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, Boston, Las Vegas, Washington DC, and New Jersey. He is committed to a discovery process that uncovers what clients truly want, delivering spaces that are authentically theirs from concept to final installation.

Leveraging the firm's exclusive network of trusted vendors, artisans, brands, and custom furniture makers built over more than a decade, David oversees the procurement of materials and furnishings with precision and care. Business Development/Marketing
Colin Flynn leads Business Development and Marketing at Design in Rhythm, driving the firm's growth strategy through client acquisition, brand positioning, and strategic partnerships. He oversees all marketing efforts — including digital presence, social media, advertising, and public relations — ensuring the company's design aesthetic and voice are seamlessly represented across every platform. Working closely with the design team, Colin identifies new business opportunities and fosters relationships with developers, architects, and high-net-worth clients to secure both residential and commercial projects. He also manages proposal development, contract negotiations, and pipeline management, leveraging market insights to position Design in Rhythm as a leader in the luxury interior design industry across its key markets.
A furniture project manager coordinates the many details between design intent and final installation. That can include sourcing furniture, managing vendor orders, tracking procurement timelines, coordinating warehousing, sequencing deliveries, communicating with trades, inspecting items, and overseeing installation.
